1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and services concluded through this website with Gabriela Glaus, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”.

By booking, registration or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

The Provider offers the following services:

• Concerts, live performances and events

• Musical performances at weddings and other events

• Singing and Keyboard lessons for children

• Children’s courses and mother-and-child courses

• Sale of music productions, including digital music, songs and similar products

• Sale of books in digital and physical form

• Meditation courses and lessons, both online and in person

• Face painting for children

 

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the booking or order. The Provider reserves the right to reject bookings or orders without stating a reason.

Registrations made through this website or by email are binding. Following registration, the customer will receive a booking confirmation.

Unless the customer objects within seven days, the customer will be deemed to have accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

4. Prices and Payment

Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms stated in the offer or booking confirmation.

Participation in a concert, event, workshop, course or retreat must be paid for in advance. The payment deadline stated on the invoice is binding.

In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

​

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

All confirmed registrations, bookings and purchases are binding, and the full amount is due for payment.

Cancellation or withdrawal does not remove the obligation to pay. In the event of cancellation, the full fee remains payable and will not be waived. If payment has already been made, no refund will be issued.

Failure to make use of a booked service does not entitle the customer to compensation, a deduction or a refund.

​

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, any advance payment or full amount already paid will be refunded. No further claims may be made.

Participants will be notified in writing if an event is cancelled.

6. Liability

Each participant is responsible for their own actions.

​

The Provider expressly states that no promises or guarantees are made. The Provider shall be exempt from any claims relating to insurance or any other claims.

​

All insurance, including personal liability insurance, accident insurance and cancellation insurance, is the sole responsibility of the participant.

7. Data Protection

The collection, processing and use of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

8. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

The Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

The amended General Terms and Conditions will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.

9. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland.
